Bridgestone India extends support for cyclone relief efforts in Andhra Pradesh

Bridgestone India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, a global leader in tire manufacturing and sustainable mobility solutions, has joined forces with the Andhra Pradesh based Navajeevan Organization to extend vital assistance to those affected by the recent Michaung Cyclone in Andhra Pradesh. The relief measures are focused on the districts of Nellore and Tirupati and will be towards supporting waste pickers, sanitary workers, manual scavengers and sex workers. 20 Andhra based employees from Bridgestone India are actively participating in on-the-ground relief operations in the area.
Navajeevan Organization is distributing Family Survival Kits, supported by Bridgestone India, each containing grocery and daily needs items and other essentials in survival kits. These Family Survival kits aim to address the pressing needs of those most severely impacted. The direct impact of these relief efforts is reflected in the tangible benefits experienced by the families.
This partnership between Bridgestone India and the Navajeevan Organization highlights the companies' steadfast commitment to delivering timely and meaningful relief to those impacted by the Michaung Cyclone.
