Bridgestone supports young talents in international competitive motorcycling
Bridgestone confirms commitment to motorsport by supporting next generation of MC stars
· Bridgestone’s partnership with the Hawkers European Talent Cup, the prestigious youth competition considered the gateway to the world of professional racing, has been confirmed for the second year.
· Starting this year, Bridgestone is also the official partner of the Federation Française de Motocyclisme (FFM) and sole supplier for the Objectif Grand Prix (OGP), the French national championship dedicated to promising young riders.
The passion for competition and desire to be always prepared to perform are the basis of motorcycle racing. These are also values that inspire Bridgestone to be a reference for all motorsports enthusiasts, thanks to the premium quality of its products.
Bridgestone has once again confirmed its commitment to motorsport by supporting young talents who will shape the future of motorcycle racing.
For the second consecutive year, Bridgestone is a partner of the Hawkers European Talent Cup (HETC), the international benchmark for the promotion of talented youngsters. The HETC has made a name for itself as the championship where all the young riders want to compete, before moving up to the Moto3 FIM JuniorGP championship, Moto2 and, for those excelling, MotoGP.
As the sole tyre supplier, Bridgestone will work alongside aspiring champions who are competing for the title during seven races held at some of the most beautiful circuits across Spain and Portugal.
Furthermore, starting this year, Bridgestone will join the Federation Française de Motocyclisme (FFM) as the official partner and sole supplier for the Objectif Grand Prix (OGP), the most important youth competition in French motorcycle racing.
The French Objective Grand Prix championship consists of seven races in France, and enables young drivers aged 11 to 18 to compete on the most emblematic circuits in France. The objective is simple: to support the discovery and training of young talents, who may be the motorcycle racing champions of tomorrow.
Riders in both HETC and OGP will be provided with the high performance Bridgestone V02 slick tyres.
